The typical amorphous alloy contains 80% iron, and its composition is Minghe, which is a soft magnetic material with small magnetization power and no structural defects that resist wall movement.

1. Advanced technology, safe and reliable

The box part adopts domestic leading technology and process, the shell is generally made of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate, the frame is made of standard container material and manufacturing process, which has good anti-corrosion performance and ensures no corrosion for 20 years. The inner sealing plate is made of aluminum alloy gusset plate, the interlayer is made of fireproof and thermal insulation material, air conditioning and dehumidification device are installed in the box, and the equipment operation is not affected by natural climate environment and external pollution, it can ensure normal operation in the harsh environment of -40 ~ 40 .

The primary equipment in the box adopts domestic leading equipment such as unit vacuum switch cabinet, dry transformer, dry transformer, vacuum circuit breaker (spring operating mechanism), etc. The product has no exposed live part and is of full insulation structure, which can completely achieve zero electric shock accident. The whole station can realize oil-free operation with high safety. The second time adopts microcomputer integrated automation system, which can realize unattended operation.

2. High degree of automation

The intelligent design of the whole station, the protection system adopts the substation microcomputer integrated automation device, decentralized installation, can realize the "four remote", namely telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, remote adjustment, each unit has independent operation function, relay protection function is complete, can set the operation parameters remotely, control the humidity and temperature in the box, to meet the requirements of unattended.

3. Factory prefabrication

When designing, as long as the designer makes a design of the main wiring diagram and the equipment outside the box according to the actual requirements of the substation, he can choose the specifications and models of the box transformer provided by the manufacturer. All the equipment is installed and debugged in the factory at one time, which truly realizes the factory construction of the substation and shortens the design and manufacturing cycle; on-site installation only requires box positioning, cable connection between boxes, outgoing cable connection, protection setting value verification, transmission test and other work to be debugged. It only takes about 5-8 days for the whole substation from installation to commissioning, thus greatly shortening the construction period.

4. Flexible combination mode

Due to its compact structure, each box forms an independent system, which makes the combination mode flexible and changeable. We can all adopt box type, I .e. 35kV and 10kV equipment are installed in all boxes to form an all-European box substation. It is also possible to use 35kV equipment outdoor installation and 10kV equipment and control and protection system box installation. This combination method is especially suitable for the old transformation in the transformation of rural power grid, I .e. the original 35kV equipment does not move, only one 10kV switch box can be installed to meet the unattended requirements.
