ZW32-12F series outdoor AC high-voltage intelligent vacuum circuit breaker (circuit breaker for short, commonly known as "watchdog") is suitable for urban and rural power distribution systems of 12kV and below, AC 50Hz. ZW32 watchdog circuit breaker has fault detection function, protection control function and communication function, all installed at the responsibility demarcation point of 10kY overhead line, which can realize automatic removal, single-phase grounding and automatic isolation of short-circuit fault. It is an ideal product for distribution line transformation and distribution network automation construction.
ZW32 watchdog circuit breaker can be operated manually, electrically, by remote control and by remote host. The circuit breaker consists of three parts: the main body, the operating mechanism and the controller (the isolating switch is installed by the user). The circuit breaker can be configured with CT (protection current transformer), ZCT (zero-sequence current transformer) and u (voltage transformer) as the detector of the controller as needed.
ZW32 watchdog circuit breaker is equipped with controllers with different functions to form intelligent switches, and can build various forms of distribution network automation systems. The circuit breaker can be equipped with a lightning arrester, which can be installed on any side of the incoming and outgoing lines according to user requirements; the circuit breaker can be equipped with an inrush current controller to enable it to have the function of avoiding inrush current and overcurrent speed breaking; the circuit breaker can be equipped with 2 to 3 measuring or metering transformers. It can be equipped with a reclosing controller to form a reclosing type intelligent circuit breaker. The basic type is suitable for occasions with easy access to power supply when combined with the reclosing controller, and the PT type is suitable for occasions without power supply when combined with the reclosing controller. The intelligent circuit breaker is suitable for radial power supply and ring network power supply systems, helping the system to eliminate instantaneous faults and automatically restore power supply.
